Introduction

I am a BACP-registered counsellor with experience in both agency and private practice, supporting adults with relationship anxiety, identity struggles, and difficulties with self-trust.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to offer a space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and experiences openly, without pressure or judgement.

Counselling should move at a pace that feels right for you, and my work is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework throughout.
