What to Expect
Counselling with me is a quiet, steady space to catch your breath. Our sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly either in Tynemouth or online or by phone. We’ll find a consistent time that works for you, ensuring our work moves at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
In our first few meetings, there is no pressure to have all the answers. We simply start where you are, perhaps exploring the exhaustion of overthinking your connections with others or the feeling that you’ve lost your sense of self in a relationship. It is a place to be heard without judgment, helping you untangle the thoughts that often feel too loud.
