In our sessions, I blend three key approaches to support you personally:

With Person-Centred therapy, I focus on your current experiences. With Psychodynamic thearpy we can explore how your past experiences and earlier relationships might be shaping your patterns today. And with CBT we can use practical strategies and tools to help you manage specific challenges and move forward with more confidence.

Because everyone is different, we won’t always use all three at once. Instead, we’ll work together to find the right balance – adapting our pace and focus so that the therapy fits you.
